Account sharing and device substitution
Credentials are personal. A trader may use one registered physical phone, one physical laptop/desktop and one physical tablet. Different browsers/tabs and IP/Wi-Fi/mobile-network changes on those same recognised physical devices are permitted. A confirmed second genuinely different physical device of an already occupied class is a USER-PROFILE device breach and immediately suspends the entire NEXA profile for Admin/Risk review. Trading-rule breaches remain limited to the affected trading account.
Coordinated/copy execution
External analysis, education or a manually entered trade idea is allowed. What is prohibited is coordinated or automated copying of another trader’s execution, shared-account trading, or synchronized team execution designed to duplicate positions. NEXA uses multi-factor repeated evidence before coordinated-trading evidence can suspend the affected trading account for Pending Admin Review; one similar trade alone is review evidence, not an automatic breach.
Infrastructure exploitation
Latency arbitrage, stale-feed exploitation, quote manipulation, automation designed primarily to abuse execution timing and similar attacks are prohibited.
Cross-account manipulation
Artificial hedging or account structures designed mainly to guarantee a result across related accounts, evade limits or transfer risk between profiles can trigger immediate compliance action.
